Grace has worked in criminal law since 2013. She spent five years at the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions prior to coming to the bar. Before that she worked at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, and as an Associate to District Court judges.

Grace is regularly briefed to appear in trials and sentences in the Supreme, District, and Magistrates Courts of Queensland. She has also appeared in the Court of Appeal, Mental Health Court, Coroners Court, and Norfolk Island’s Supreme Court and Court of Petty Sessions.

She both prosecutes and defends a wide range of criminal matters, including complex frauds, sexual assaults, money laundering, and drug related offending. She is also briefed in regulatory and administrative law matters.
