The barristers in Higgins Chambers practice in a wide-variety of areas though predominantly in public and administrative law, criminal and commercial law. Five of its eighteen members are Senior Counsel or Queen’s Counsel and there is a broad mix of expertise and experience amongst the junior members of chambers. Collectively, the members of Higgins Chambers are briefed to appear before all Australian Courts and Tribunals at both the trial and appellate levels.

Newly renovated in 2020, Higgins Chambers is well placed to facilitate remote hearings and conferences, in person mediations and large in-person meetings and conferences.
