Grace is briefed in administrative, criminal, native title and regulatory matters. She is briefed by both individuals and government agencies.

She regularly appears and gives advice in all types of criminal proceedings, judicial review applications, native title proceedings and extradition proceedings. She also appears in coronial inquests, proceedings in the Mental Health Court, and domestic violence matters.

Before coming to the bar in 2021 she was a Senior Federal Prosecutor at the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions, and an associate in the District Court.
