Marjorie was called to the Queensland Bar after more than 15 years as commercial litigation solicitor, practising at a national law firm in Queensland, Victoria and the ACT and a boutique firm in Oxford, England. She has appeared in all Queensland state courts, including the Queensland Court of Appeal (led). Her practice is predominantly commercial litigation, with expertise in insurance related matters (particularly financial lines professional indemnity claims), contractual and property disputes and nuisance claims. She also acts for parties in wills and estates litigation.
